Company?s history

The original company was established by Petr Žižka in 1991 and was called Petr Žižka-DORA. In 1996 Most Coal Company (MUS, a.s.) made capital investment into the company and legal platform was changed – on March 1, 1996 it was entered in the Companies Register as a security agency DORA-MUS, spol. s r.o.

Development of opinions regarding company’s services was further created and the result was founding a new joint stock company B.A. DORA a.s. in December 1999. On January 1, 2000 there was concluded a purchase contract on selling a part of the company according to § 476 and the following of the act No. 513/1991 Coll., Commercial Code (in wording of later regulations and amendments) between the security agency DORA-MUS, Ltd., ID No.: 64653285, as the seller and the company B.A. DORA a.s., ID No.: 25410351 as the buyer.
